WHO + WHYProfisee, a software company distinguished in Pamlico’s portfolio as a best place to work, brought together the firm’s women for a summit to elevate female leadership across the organization.
WHATAn engaging session aimed at teaching women leaders to uncover and reshape the inner narratives that constrain leadership. Together, participants named their inner critical self-talk and explored the stories they craft about others and situations. They coached one another toward more expansive, empowering mindsets to guide their leadership forward.
